Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

1.1 Cancelling Scheduled Services

If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please notify Authorized Service at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a late cancellation charge.
Should our technician arrive on-site and be unable to perform the service due to access restrictions or other client-related issues, a service call fee may apply.

1.2 Missed Appointments

Failure to be present at the time of your appointment without prior notification will result in a service call fee being charged.

2. Deposit Terms

2.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits paid to Authorized Service are final and non-refundable. These funds are used to reserve your appointment and purchase required parts in advance.

2.2 Deposit Credit

Deposits will be applied toward the total amount due on your final service invoice.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services Rendered

Refunds are not issued for completed services. If your appliance continues to show issues after our visit, we will evaluate the situation and provide appropriate repair options under our service warranty.

3.2 Customer Satisfaction

If you’re unhappy with the service you received, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours of the service date. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, which may include additional service within the scope of our warranty terms.
